Ray Brisbane co-founded Total Resource Management in 1993 with a vision to help organizations best strategize and utilize technologies to best achieve their mission objectives and operational performance.

Over the past two decades, Ray has provided a unique brand of energy and leadership to help lead TRM’s commitment to deliver the highest-value, business-technology solutions focused on improving an organization’s asset and operational performance. Prior to founding TRM, Ray worked extensively with computer-aided design, computer-aided facilities management, and geographic information systems supporting architectural, engineering and planning environments.

Ray studied in the Advanced Engineering Program at the University of South Carolina's prestigious South Carolina Honors College and completed his academic studies at the University of Maryland.
